Today we reviewed number and gender of nouns and articles with this short practice sheet. We also reviewed how to identify the gender of nouns (L-O-N-E-R-S you can be 95% sure that the word will be masculine.) On the other hand, if the word ends in a D-IÓN-Z-A you can be 95% sure the word is feminine. Here are the notes. We also discussed definite articles (the = el / la) and indefinite articles (a/an = un / una). REMEMBER, THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE!

Today, we went to the lab to practice what we have learned. In the classroom, students learned the days of the week, seasons, months of the year and how to tell the date. Students also learned that in Spanish, all nouns have a gender. If a word ends in an L-O-N-E-R-S they can be 95% sure that the word will be masculine.
